sNskRUt IS THE LANGUAGE OF GODS...
HENCE SHOULD NOT BE CORRUPTED
IN ENGLISH TRANSLITERATION
AS IS THE CURRENT PRACTICE

PVAF's primary mandate is to make KNOWLEDGE available to
humanity on this planet earth.
Knowledge is in perpetual flux in the present humanity.
The systematic means and media which is known to transmit knowledge in the
current humanity is language.
Language is a system of finite arbitrary symbols combined
according to rules of grammar for the purpose of communication. Individual
languages use sounds, gestures and other symbols to represent objects,
concepts, emotions, ideas, and thoughts.
संस्कृता वाक = sNskRUt
language is the oldest known
language which can be deciphered and understood by a part of humanity. And
the understanding available from sNskRUt
which is deciphered with known grammar reveals a phenomenal
amount of knowledge about creation and life that can be known about
and on this planet earth and beyond the planet earth of creation visible and
invisible to human senses.
This knowledge of SCIENCES OF
CREATION AND LIFE is called vED
in sNskRUt language. At PVAF this
knowledge of vED is shared daily
through various diverse knowledge postings which can be easily searched
through a click of a button on the menu and other titles on the AASHRAM
NEWS page.
sNskRUt
language is stated to be the language of the God, gods and goddesses in
vED texts. Many current languages
are derived and/or have roots in sNskRUt
language.
The sNskRUt in
vED text appears to be completely
evolved to describe all the sciences of creation and life. But to date the
sNskRUt grammar of the available
vED texts has been deciphered to
probably understand a very small amount of knowledge contained in these
vED texts.
However, even whatever small amount that can be understood
has the power to make YOUR
TOMORROW HAPPIER THAN TODAY if you use the vED
knowledge to live your daily life together with the current knowledge of the
continually evolving physical sciences. And this is true because even
the small amount of vED knowledge
is complete knowledge about total human being and total being of any
creation. On the contrary the current sciences mainly deal with the partial
understanding of physical functioning of any being in this creation.

The above facts about sNskRUt
language means that when
vED knowledge is translated into English or any other
language, only fraction of the total understanding will be translated. Thus
at PVAF it has been a practice to live sNskRUt
words in a transliterated mode in English writing.
The transliterated sNskRUt
words are usually explained in English translation to the extent of the
current understanding of the grammar and the understanding of the
translator. But this means that there is a chance that the original meaning
of sNskRUt words in
vED texts may not be translated
fully and/or may be corrupted or perverted. And that is the prime reason
that at PVAF sNskRUt words are
transliterated in writing on vED
knowledge.
Since 2003, SHRii chmpklaal
DaajiBHaai misTRii has been developing and testing the English
transliteration script which can be easily used by anybody on a normal
keyboard without using special notations or fonts. This transliteration
script is being developed so that the original alphabets and phonetics of
the sNskRUt language is preserved
in the transliteration. sNskRUt of
vED texts is totally alphabet based
phonetics meaning writing, reading and speaking is how the writing is to be
read and spoken based on the phonetics of each
sNskRUt alphabet. This means that even a slight variation in
pronunciation can change have drastic changes in meaning. Alos each alphabet
of sNskRUt language has its on
inherent meaning. This means that each alphabet of
sNskRUt language has to be accurately transliterated.
