In August 2002, about 200 women in the drought-stricken Banke District of Nepal,
appeased the rain-god iNdR-Dev by ploughing their farms naked one
night after locking all the males in the village in their houses.... And guess
what it worked...it humored iNDR-Dev who poured rained during that
weekend ....not only in their area but also nearly districts....and it poured so
heavily that there were floods in some parts....example of veDik
